I am a Whole 30 Coach dedicated to supporting all clients on their journeys to living a whole life. As a mother, fiancé, full-time educator, and a Doctoral student, I understand the chaos that life can offer. Experiencing the consequences of an unhealthy diet and having a fiancé that lives with Type I diabetes, I have learned how to use foods to help heal, control, and support a whole new enhanced life. My main focus is on whole life living to make sure that we are not stuck in the unhealthy cycle of dieting and making Food Freedom a part of a sustainable lifestyle.
