Biography
Teresa Oefinger was trained as a Co-Active Coach through Coaches Training
Institute in San Rafael, California and received her certification through the
International Association of Coaches.  She is a Public School Mentor Teacher with
25 years of teaching experience.  Teresa's coaching practice is designed for adults
and youths interested in moving forward in their pursuits for personal and
professional development.  In addition to her one on one coaching practice, Teresa
conducts workshops on Parenting Teens, Work/Life Balance, and Time
Management.  She recently spoke in Salt Lake City at the National Association of
Residential Property Managers on "Automatic Pilot, Developing Structures to
Increase Productivity".  Additionally, Teresa writes a column for the Tiburon Ark
newspaper titled, "Help! Parenting Teens."

As a working mother of two teenage girls, a wife of twenty-two years, and a teacher
of middle school students,  Teresa shares a lot of practical experience in addition to
her professional training. She considers the skills learned as a Life Coach a source of
personal benefit and fulfillment and continues to utilize her own Personal Coach.
