Coaching Teens and Young Adults

Co-Active Life Coaching is designed to prepare young adults and teens to strive for
full and successful lives.  Life situations and life skills are addressed as young adults
gain responsibility and independence.

Objectives:

1.   To set short term and long term academic goals.
2.   To make positive decisions about personal relationships.
3.   To identify and reduce stress in areas of peer relationships, family,
       competition and academics.
4.   To improve communication with friends, family and adults in their lives.
5.   To develop a life that balances all the varied interests of young adults.

How:

Through a series of weekly, thirty minute coaching sessions exploring different
perspectives and options, students will become clear on how they want to live and
what they are seeking at this stage in their lives.  Students will be guided to choose,
plan and act on these desired outcomes.  It follows a format similar to this:

1.  Brainstorm and evaluate where you are, where you want to be and how to get
      there.
2.  Come up with weekly action plans that prioritizes and addresses steps
      needed to meet goals.
3.  Accountability:  Weekly check-in with coach and evaluation of action plan.
